Where is the Bath CC Kit stored?

All Bath CC kit is stored at Cadence, 9 Chelsea Road, Weston, Bath. Will, Jonny, Dean and El store the kit as a favour to Bath CC - please do not interrupt them if they are serving one of their customers.

How do I buy Bath CC Kit?

Select and pay for the kit using the website https://kit.bathcc.net/.  After the transaction is complete you will receive an email.  Take this email to cadence and ask them very nicely for the kit.  They will record that it has been collected.

Who can buy the kit?

The kit is for sale to members of Bath Cycling Club.

How do I know my size?

There is a sizing chart on the Santini website, or alternatively go to Cadence, 9 Chelsea Road, Weston, Bath and try the kit on. 

I bought one size, but when I tried the kit on I realised that it was the wrong size.  What do I do?

If the kit is unused and in re-sellable condition then you are welcome to take the correct size of kit.  Please ensure that the staff at Cadence are aware of and have recorded the change and send an email to [email protected] This will enable stock levels to be updated.

Can I return my kit?

We ask you not to return the kit if it has been used.  If it has not been used then you can swap it for a different size. If you are unhappy with the kit — perhaps a manufacturing defect — then email [email protected] Santini directly. 

What Happens if my Kit is Faulty?

Over the years we have had very little faulty kit.  If you do have any kit which is faulty, please do not go back to Cadence but email [email protected] with details of the fault and s/he will get back to you asap. 

How do I know what kit is available?

The club kit inventory is maintained at https://kit.bathcc.net.  If you are able to buy the kit in the size that you want then the kit will be available in Cadence.

What happens if I have bought kit and when I get to Cadence it is not available?

The kit should be available.  If there is an error in the stock control then please bear with us - send an email to [email protected] and we will handle the situation as soon as possible, including a full refund if needed.

How do I order kit that is out of stock?

We try to keep a reasonable level of kit, but cannot hold every piece of kit in every size at all times.  If an item or size is out of stock you can email [email protected] with your requirements and we will add to the list for the next restock.
